Ronald Boyd is the driving force behind Trojan Construction & Investments, with 23 years of hands-on construction experience that started in the field and never really left it.

A proud Kansas City native, his is a genuine rags-to-riches story, built on grit and an unshakable belief that hard work and integrity pay off. He did not just work his way up in this industry, he built the ladder himself, and that entrepreneurial streak is what led him to found Trojan and grow it into the company it is today.

As CEO he is anything but a distant executive. He is as likely to be found on a jobsite teaching a young crew member a new technique as he is in the boardroom closing the next deal. Mentoring the next generation of builders matters to him, and it is a large part of why Trojan feels more like a family than a company.

Bryant Alvarez leads projects with the discipline, composure, and precision you would expect from someone forged in the U.S. Army, where he served six years as a paralegal specialist. That background instilled a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing things by the book, and it shows up in every schedule he builds and every jobsite he runs.

A driven academic as well as a disciplined operator, Bryant earned his Bachelor of Economics with a minor in Finance from Missouri State University in just three years.

Around the office he is known for sharp problem-solving, calm under pressure, and a knack for keeping projects moving when the unexpected happens. Off the clock he enjoys a good dinner out, working on his golf game, and travelling. He believes the curiosity that takes him around the world is what makes him a more adaptable project manager on the job.

Janice Jeilah Nepomuceno is the meticulous, numbers-driven force behind Trojan’s bids. She brings more than seven years of experience across site engineering, quantity surveying, and large-scale CAPEX and OPEX project leadership, and a reputation for turning a mountain of scope, specs, and schedules into an airtight proposal.

Most recently she sharpened her estimating and preconstruction expertise supporting government and municipal bids, where accuracy and compliance are not optional.

Fluent in PlanSwift and Bill of Quantities development, Janice owns the full proposal lifecycle from first read of the plans through final submission, digging into scope risks, pricing sensitivities, and budget reviews so that every number Trojan puts forward is one the company can stand behind.
