Why Trojan
Steady work, and a foreman who knows your name.
Because we self-perform framing, drywall, and finishes, our crews are not waiting on the next contract to have something to do. The work is steady, it is local, and you are not living out of a hotel four states away.
We are also not big enough for you to be a number. The people who run this company are on the jobs. If you are good, they will know it, and so will everyone deciding who runs the next crew.
- Straight answers, including the ones nobody wants
- Skin in the game on every job
- Built to last, not built to invoice
- Everybody goes home the way they arrived
Open Roles
12 positions across four teams
We are always interested in good people, whether or not the exact role is listed. If you do not see your trade here, tell us what you do and where you work.
Skilled Craft & Field
The people who build it. Framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and field leadership.
Estimating & Preconstruction
Takeoffs, budgets, and the numbers we hold ourselves to.
Project Management
Schedule, buyout, submittals, and keeping owners informed before they have to ask.
Growing Here
No experience is not a dead end
We would rather teach the trade to somebody who shows up than inherit somebody else's habits.
Apprenticeship
Start with no experience and learn the trade on our jobs, paid from day one, working beside foremen who were once in the same position.
On-the-Job Training
Cross-training between framing, drywall, and finish work. The more scopes you can run, the more valuable you are and the more you earn.
Certification Support
We pay for OSHA certification, competent-person training, and equipment tickets. If a credential makes you better at the work, we cover it.
Field to Office
Several of our project managers and estimators started on a crew. If you want to move that direction, we will show you the path.
Applying
No portal. No fifty-field form.
Tell us your name, how to reach you, and what you have worked on. That is enough to start a conversation. If you would rather just call, call. Somebody who can actually hire you will answer.
